Wednesday: Mexican Salad with leftover brown rice, black beans (soak on Tuesday and cook Wednesday), cheese, tomato, green onion, and salsa

Thursday: Beef Stroganoff, green salad, sauteed greens from CSA

Saturday:   Turkey Gyros (they have a cucumber yogurt sauce with them) on whole wheat flat bread from Farmer’s Market, green salad, steamed carrots wtih butter and fresh sage
