Fresh garlic is a necessity in most of my recipes. I also like it to be easy and not leave my fingers smelling like garlic for days. The Zyliss Jumbo Garlic Press is great for accomplishing this goal. I cut off the end of a garlic clove, place it in the press, and press it through. No peeling. No chopping. I flip out the remaining skin with a butter knife and press another clove.

It works great!
