My kids were on break for 3 weeks and then went back last week. With the holidays and sickness and whatever else, I got into the habit of sleeping until they got up. This starts my day off shaky: no first thing shower, no quiet time and prayer, no breakfast ready for my hungry little ones. Starting tomorrow, I am back to getting up at 6ish and starting my day right. Our day flows so much better when I have that quiet time in the morning to begin, compose, and focus on my role, my call, and prepare.
