So, after 3 months of very minimal shopping, I was able to re-stock! I got flour, oats, cheese… I actually got my staple products and then made a list of what I needed for the month and bought that- not much on the list but it was specific to the month. And I will continue to get dairy and fresh veggies and fruit each week at Lassens and Farmer’s Market.

I am glad that I did the 3 month challenge, but I think this more specific strategy will prove to be more thrifty in the end. I will let you know how it goes.
