Matthew 12:25

25Jesus knew their thoughts and said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand.

Be diligent and purposeful to stand against a divided home. As much as YOU have to swallow your pride to make sure this does not happen; DO IT!

Psalm 96:1 says, “Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord all the earth.” We sang these word in church this morning. I definitely feel like this is a time of singing a new song to the Lord for my husband and I. We are waiting patiently (trying to) for the Lord to reveal his perfect plan for our lives. We know we are selling and moving out of our home; we know that we are prioritizing my husband’s time with the family over money (and an insane work schedule). We are making new choices. Praying for wisdom. And waiting on the Lord. We are praising God for what He has entrusted us with and the plan He has for us. So, when you ask us about next steps: where are you going? what are you going to do? We do not know- we are waiting…

Proverbs 19:21
Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.

Proverbs 16:3
Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.

Proverbs 16:9
In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps.

Proverbs 21:5
The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty.

Isaiah 30:1
